consultants, therapists, accountants, educators, and other entrepreneurs with
disabilities. We are a group of small business owners who come together to
support each other in the goal of owning profitable businesses.
Self employment is booming across the United
States, and already 40% of the estimated 20 million Americans owning home
based businesses are owned and operated by people with disabilities.

that all people have strengths, interests, preferences, and an innate ability
to perform work competently when offered choices, respect, support, hope and
